While your Momeopath binder is an amazing resource, sometimes it’s just not practical to bring that big-ole book along on trips. Your kids DEFINITELY won’t pack your Momeopath Binder in their bags when they are heading off on their own adventures.
So that’s why, this Christmas, we’re giving your whole family the gift of wellness with a pocket-sized first aid guide—perfect for life on the go! We’ve taken Gabrielle’s insightful presentation and created this handy flip book.
Warm up your laminating machine! You’re going to want to give this guide to everyone you know!

- Step 1: Print. Print the booklet at home.
- Step 2: Cut it out. Cut along the dotted line to trim each page.
- Step 3: Laminate. I recommend laminating your pages and punching a small hole in the corner. You can lay the pages front-to-back to make the flipbook more compact, or you can laminate each page individually.
- Step 4: Hole punch. Use a hole punch in the corner of each page. There should be one little hole on the top left-hand side of each page.
- Step 5: Add a keyring. Insert a keyring into the hole, and voila! You’ve got a compact first aid guide your kids can carry with them when they head out on adventures. It's also perfect for your purse! Or slip it into your car's glove compartment. Or throw it in hubby's gym bag. The possibilities are endless!
